Cyclic Materials Welcomes Roger Zakheim as Strategic Advisor

Roger brings more than 20 years of experience in nationalsecurity, defense policy, and government affairs as Cyclic Materials advancesresilient rare earth and critical materials supply chains.

Cyclic Materials, the advanced recycling company creating aresilient supply chain for rare earth elements (REEs) and other critical materials, announced the addition of Roger Zakheim to the Advisory Board as Strategic Advisor.

Zakheim joins Cyclic Materials at a pivotal moment for the critical minerals industry, as governments and industries increasingly prioritize secure and domestic supply chains for the materials essential to electrification, advanced manufacturing, and defense technologies.

He brings extensive experience across national security, defense policy, and government affairs, having previously served as General Counsel and Deputy Staff Director of the U.S. House Armed Services Committee. His background also includes serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense.

He currently serves as Washington Director at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute and is the co-founder of the Reagan National Defense Forum. His perspective will be instrumental as we continue to build a more resilient supply chain of rare earths and critical materials.
